Market Research on International Talent Mobility: Graebel Earns Highest Score in Overall Satisfaction

May 24, 2021

Trippel Survey & Research, LLC®recently released its annual research on international mobility, which ranks relocation management companies’ performance and satisfaction, as measured by more than 170 relocation managers. Trippel is one of the few independent sources of research in the global mobility industry, as rankings are not impacted by any monetary contribution from the relocation management company (RMC).

Graebel earned the Highest Average Score in Overall Satisfaction for large RMCs. This is Graebel’s best performance ever for the international research report, reinforcing the company’s people-first approach to talent mobility as industry-leading.

“We couldn’t be more proud that our best performance ever in Trippel’s international research report came after a trying time for global business that required adjustments in order to serve our clients’ needs, proving our resilience and commitment to providing exceptional experiences for mobile employees,” said Bill Graebel, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Graebel Companies, Inc. “Graebel’s investment in its people, technology and services is what sets us apart, and we look forward to continuing to raise the bar of exceptional for our clients.”

In addition to the top score in Overall Satisfaction, Graebel improved or maintained its scores in every category compared with last year’s international report and scored higher than the industry average in almost every category. Graebel also earned the highest evaluation in overall satisfaction in the 19th annual research report on relocation management companies in 2020, demonstrating its best-in-class talent mobility offerings and drive to improve service with fresh ideas, leading tools and innovative approaches.
