Following a detailed independent survey of human resource and talent management professionals, HRO Today Magazine announced the results of its annual Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Rating: Relocation. Graebel was honoured with second-place, which continues a near decade-long top tier placement since 2009.

About the survey
In order to determine the overall ranking, HRO Today analyses results across three subcategories: breadth of service features, deal sizes, and quality of services. Buyers of the related services complete confidential questionnaires on their experiences with their relocation management company. Using a predetermined algorithm that weighs questions and categories based on importance, HRO Today calculates scores in all three subcategories as well as an overall score.
